London native Amanda George learned to focus her creativity at an early age. As a youth, she was influenced the time spent on film sets with her father and making perfumes with her grandmother. She honed her craft as a hair colorist in top London salons before moving stateside where she became the driving force behind the most sought-after shades in Hollywood. Currently gracing heads three days a week at her Roil Salon in Beverly Hills, Amanda spends the rest of her time promoting Roil Salon and Roil products globally.

Consumed with all things beauty since she was a little girl, Evelyn enrolled in beauty school at age 16 before landing her first salon job on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. She fell in love with making people feel beautiful. Evelyn, a hair colorist, strives to ensure that each client leaves her chair looking like they were born with the hair she gives them… or like they just spent a week at the beach!

Stephen Garrison
Colorist

Stephen draws inspiration from the sun’s effect on hair. The way golden summer highlights grow out in the winter creating a graduation of color and tone inspires the natural-looking color techniques he applies. He prides himself on his expertise with brunette and auburn tones, training alongside some of the best in the business before joining the Roil team as a hair colorist.

Jessica Frank-Stokes
Colorist & Stylist

Jessica spent her youth testing out trends on herself in her mother’s salon in the Pacific Northwest. As a hair colorist and stylist, she’s a firm believer that color should be low-maintenance, opting to keep her clients natural and sun-kissed while always protecting the integrity of their hair. When she’s not at the salon, you can find Jessica relaxing in nature to get centered.

Katherine Hyde
Colorist

Katherine hails from Wine Country in Northern California. She feels most inspired by the beauty of nature, keeping her hair coloring style classic, beachy, effortless, and low-maintenance. Katherine’s specialty lies in both hair color and hair extensions. When she’s not at the salon, you can find her in a park with her pup and a good book.

Brittany Filipiak
Colorist

From natural, sun-kissed hues to vibrant, dynamic color, Brittany does it all. She traded in small town Wisconsin for the salons of Beverly Hills to train as a hair colorist alongside Amanda George and the best in the business before joining the Roil team. Brittany trades in the ordinary of everyday routine to draw inspiration from new people and the looks they rock with confidence.

Judy Kasai
Colorist

Judy has felt the urge to be in a salon for as long as she can remember. As a teenager, she doubled as a receptionist and housekeeper for a family friend’s salon – whatever it took! Judy treats each client’s hair as if it’s her canvas, painting it with her style of balayage to enhance their natural color, which has made her an in-demand hair colorist.

Katrina Gray
Colorist

Initially intrigued by the world of makeup, Katrina enrolled in hair school to be well-rounded. She quickly learned that hair was her passion, using color to satisfy her creative urges. Katrina believes that our hair has more dimension and purity of color as children than during any other time in our lives, and strives to emulate that with each client.

Emily Olson
Colorist

This Southern California native is a firm believer in the fact that nature creates the most beautiful ombres – colors or tones that shade into each other. Emily launched her career as a color assistant to Lorri Goddard in 1997 at the original Jonathan Salon. Fueled by the freedom that color offers to express her creativity, she opts to accentuate soft, natural dimensions with her style of classic balayage.

Joey Frank
Colorist

Joey believes that understanding one’s natural beauty is essential when personalising a hair color for their lifestyle. He trained under master colorist George Papanikolas in West Hollywood where he learned a common sense approach to hair color creating rich chocolate brunettes, gorgeously toned blondes and soft sun-kissed highlights. His years of working at the acclaimed Andy Lecompte Salon, traveling extensively for international clients, and working with top names in the beauty industry have given Joey an uncanny eye for color and an elite level of client service.

Martin Cuevas
Colorist

Martin’s style is influenced by natural, sun-kissed hair. But he’s not afraid to make a bold move. He trained at Ramirez Tran salon in Beverly Hills for three years before finding his home at ROIL. A great thrill of his early career came when he was taken with coloring extensions for Khloe Kardashian — Kim’s reaction to the ‘do? “This hair is giving me life!”

Tori Wimpee
Colorist

Tori has been hooked on hair since she learned to French braid her own locks in third grade. The Indiana native loves to create effortless, low-maintenance, and quintessentially beachy styles. Think: hair styled by saltwater and colored by the sun.

He came up at the Peter Coppola Salon on Madison Avenue in New York amongst some of the most brilliant hairstylists of the time. Jason’s style is constantly evolving, influenced by everything from fashion to architecture to music to superheroes.

Jessica Chavez
Stylist

At age 5, Jessica’s hair severely impaired her view of cartoons on the television screen, so she picked up a pair of scissors and gave herself her first bangs. Very, very short ones. Needless to say, she’s come a long way since then, training at Frederic Fekkai Beaute De Provence before joining the Roil team. As a hairstylist, Jessica specializes in sexy, undone long hair and seamless layers.

Jonathan Colombini
Stylist

One of Jonathan’s first memories is sitting in his grandmother’s bathroom watching her style her hair. One day she handed him the backcomb brush and a can of Elnett Hairspray and said, “Now you try.” Thus, a career was born as a hair stylist. Jonathan’s timeless, lived-in-chic style shines as brightly on the red carpet as it does in editorials.

Adam Campbell
Stylist

As a hairstylist, Adam strives to strike the perfect balance between timeless, iconic style and effortlessly undone hair. Trained by the late Teddy Antolin, David Bowie’s longtime hairstylist, this California native has moved with fluidity between all aspects of the business. Adam uses his subtle hand on the most recognizable heads on the red carpet (think: Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lawrence), crafts styles backstage at NYFW, and creates cover looks for major editorials such as Vogue.

Eleazar Baltazar
Stylist

Eleazar enhances his structurally precise style with added texture based on each individual. She handed Eleazar a comb, shears, and clippers, and he hasn’t stopped cutting since!
